What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor will provide initial training to the franchisee's owners. If additional individuals attend the initial training by mutual agreement with All County, the cost is $300 per person.

The initial training consists of four working days. The training location will be determined by All County, and the franchisee is responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred by the Managing Owner and any additional attendees.

This fee for extra attendees is relatively standard in the franchise industry, as franchisors often need to cover the costs of materials, instructors, and space for each participant. Prospective All County franchisees should factor this cost into their initial investment, especially if they plan to have multiple team members involved in the training process.
