What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Customer Service and Marketing training takes place in Monticello, Florida. The training program includes 8 hours of classroom instruction and 16 hours of on-the-job training.
Prospective franchisees should note that All County also provides additional training programs. There is annual training that franchisees are required to attend at their own expense, either at All County's training location or another designated location. All County may also furnish additional guidance and assistance through periodic training programs, and may provide additional training for franchisee's employees if requested or required.
It's important to note that franchisees may be charged $300 per day for any additional training All County provides, if All County elects to charge for the training. Franchisees are also responsible for all expenses All County incurs in connection with additional or refresher training, including per day charges, travel, and lodging expenses for All County's representatives.
