What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a current franchisee purchases an additional franchise at a reduced initial franchise fee, they acknowledge and agree that commencement assistance is waived. Commencement assistance typically involves a designated representative providing two days of support in the franchisee's territory within 60 days of opening, and it is included as part of the initial franchise fee for new franchisees.
This waiver means that existing All County franchisees expanding their operations will not receive the on-site support usually provided to new franchisees. This could impact the franchisee's initial setup and operational phase for the new location, as they will need to rely on their existing knowledge and resources.
For prospective franchisees, this is an important consideration when evaluating the costs and support associated with opening additional All County locations. While a reduced initial franchise fee may seem attractive, the absence of commencement assistance could require the franchisee to invest more of their own time and resources to ensure a successful launch.
