What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Royalty Fee is calculated by the fifth day of the week following the end of each calendar month. All County then withdraws the Royalty Fee, along with any other amounts due under the agreement, directly from the franchisee's designated bank account via EFT (electronic funds transfer). This includes advertising and marketing fees.

Prior to opening their All County business, franchisees must establish a designated bank account that All County is authorized to withdraw from. The franchisee is responsible for all costs associated with establishing and maintaining this account, including transaction and wire transfer fees. Franchisees must ensure that sufficient funds are always available in the designated account for these withdrawals.

The Royalty Fee is 7% of Gross Revenue, with a minimum Royalty payment of $200 each month. Other fees, such as the Maintenance Revenue Fee (3% of Maintenance Revenue), Software License Fees (currently $250 for the first seat and $60 for each additional seat, plus a one-time $150 setup fee per seat), Ongoing Website Hosting and Maintenance Fee (currently $65 per Accounting Period), and Advertising Fees (the greater of 1% of Gross Revenue or $195), are also payable at the same time and in the same manner as the Royalty Fee.
