What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County maintains sole business judgment over the creative concepts, materials, and endorsements used in advertising programs financed by the Advertising Fund. All County also has control over the geographic market and media placement and allocation of these advertising programs.

This means that while franchisees are required to contribute to the Advertising Fund, All County has the final say on how the money is spent and what kind of advertising is used. Franchisees do not have the ability to choose their own endorsements or advertising creative.

All County may choose to handle the marketing and advertising internally or outsource it to an agency. The Advertising Fund can be used for various activities that All County believes will enhance the image of the All County system. This includes radio, cable television, print advertising campaigns, website development, direct mail advertising, marketing surveys, and promotional materials. Franchisees will be provided with samples of advertising and marketing materials at no additional cost when All County deems it appropriate.
