PAYMENT
RMO price is based on the number of concurrent users needing access to the system. Account sharing between different companies is not permitted unless otherwise specified. The one-time activation fee and the first month service fee are non-refundable. The first month service fee is prorated depending on the day of the month the account is set up. Billing begins when the CUSTOMER pays the one-time setup fee and the first month's service charge.
The CUSTOMER agrees to pay the monthly fee promptly and agrees to be financially responsible for the entire one year term of this Agreement. Invoices are due and payable on the 1st of each month. It's important for potential All County franchisees to understand these billing terms, as cancellation policies also apply. Canceling within 30 days of account creation results in a penalty of all setup fees and the first month of service charges being non-refundable. Canceling after 30 days but within the one-year agreement requires full payment of the remaining monthly fees through the contract's end date. After the one-year agreement, a 30-day written notice is required for cancellation.
