Besides physical location, what other activity is prohibited for other All County businesses in my territory?
All_County Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
No other ALL COUNTY® business office will be physically located in your Territory and that no other ALL COUNTY® business shall be authorized to conduct grass-roots marketing efforts in your Territory, defined as conducting direct mail campaigns or physically visiting real estate offices or other businesses in your Territory for the purposes of soliciting referrals. You will not receive an exclusive territory. You may face competition from other franchisees, from outlets that we own, or from other channels of distribution or competitive brands that we control.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, in addition to not being physically located in a franchisee's territory, no other All County business is authorized to conduct grass-roots marketing efforts in that territory. These efforts are defined as conducting direct mail campaigns or physically visiting real estate offices or other businesses in the territory for the purpose of soliciting referrals.
This means that while All County grants a territory, it is not exclusive. Other franchisees, businesses that All County owns, or other competitive brands that All County controls can still compete within the territory. The only restriction is on grass-roots marketing as defined in the FDD.
This could impact a franchisee's ability to generate leads and secure business within their designated area, as other All County franchisees are only restricted from direct marketing efforts. A prospective franchisee should consider the level of competition and marketing strategies employed by other franchisees and All County itself when evaluating the potential of a specific territory.
