What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, besides the specific financial performance representations included in Item 19, All County does not make any other financial performance representations. The document explicitly states that All County does not authorize its employees or representatives to make any financial performance representations, either orally or in writing.
However, if a prospective franchisee is purchasing an existing All County outlet, the franchisor may provide the actual records of that specific outlet. The FDD also clarifies that financial performance information differing from that included in Item 19 may be given only if All County provides the actual records of an existing outlet being considered for purchase, or supplements the information in Item 19 with details about possible performance at a particular location or under specific circumstances.
The FDD advises that if a prospective franchisee receives any other financial performance information or projections of future income, they should report it to All County's management, specifically Sandra Ferrera, Chief Executive Officer, as well as to the Federal Trade Commission and appropriate state regulatory agencies. This is to ensure that all information received is verified and compliant with franchise regulations.
This policy is typical in franchising to ensure consistent and compliant communication of financial expectations. It protects both the franchisee and All County from unauthorized or misleading claims. Prospective franchisees should rely solely on the financial information provided in the FDD and any documented records of an existing outlet being considered for purchase, and should report any conflicting information to the appropriate parties.
