The undersigned Franchisee hereby acknowledges and agrees that under the terms of the Franchise Agreement, All County Property Management Franchise Corp. ("All County") requires Franchisee to participate in All County's mandatory Reconciliation Assistance Program (the "Program"). The Program shall be administered by All County in compliance with All County's designated Operating Standards concerning the Program.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County Property Management Franchise Corp. administers the Reconciliation Assistance Program. The FDD specifies that franchisees are required to participate in this mandatory program and must pay designated fees for their participation. All County administers the program in compliance with its designated Operating Standards.

All County has the right to access and administer rights in any software or system specified by All County under the Operating Standards of the Program. All County may use any of the franchisee's data for business purposes, such as calculating royalties and analyzing the financial condition of the franchised business. However, All County will not provide any advice or consultation regarding any federal, state, or local tax issue.

Franchisees must pay all applicable Reconciliation Assistance Program Fees during any period they participate in the Program. All County may terminate the Reconciliation Assistance Program at any time, for any reason, in its sole business judgment, upon 30 days prior written notice to the franchisee. Franchisees are also responsible for indemnifying All County against any losses or expenses related to the Reconciliation Assistance Program.
