What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Ad Fee is payable monthly. The payment is due at the same time and in the same manner as the royalty fees. This means franchisees must budget for this expense on a monthly basis, similar to how they handle royalty payments.
The Ad Fee is calculated as the greater of one percent (1%) of the business's Gross Revenue during the Accounting Period (one calendar month) or $195. This ensures that All County franchisees contribute a minimum amount to the Advertising Fund, while also allowing the contribution to scale with their revenue.
All County also retains the right to defer or reduce the Ad Fee contributions for a franchisee. They can also reduce or suspend the Ad Fee payments and the operation of the Advertising Fund with thirty (30) days' prior written notice. This provides All County with flexibility in managing the Advertising Fund based on business needs and economic conditions. If the Advertising Fund is terminated, the unspent monies will be distributed to the franchisees in proportion to their contributions during the preceding three months.
