What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County, through London Computer Systems Inc. (LCS), does not accept liability for data loss relating to acts of God. This means that if a natural disaster or other event considered an "act of God" causes data loss within the Rent Manager Online (RMO) system, All County will not be held responsible for covering any resulting damages or losses incurred by the franchisee.

This lack of liability extends beyond acts of God to include data loss resulting from misuse of the system by users or other uncontrollable forces. While LCS takes measures to protect customer data, these protections do not extend to assuming financial responsibility for data loss caused by these specified events.

For a prospective All County franchisee, this means understanding that data security, while a priority for LCS, comes with inherent risks. It would be prudent to inquire about the specific measures LCS has in place to prevent data loss and the recovery procedures available. Additionally, franchisees may want to consider obtaining their own insurance coverage to protect against potential losses resulting from data loss events, including those caused by acts of God or user error.
