What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, an Aira Fitness franchisee's use of the Marks on the internet is restricted unless expressly permitted in writing by Aira Fitness and authorized by their then-current policies.

Specifically, franchisees are required to participate in Aira Fitness's website, intranet, extranet, or other online communications as mandated by Aira Fitness. Upon opening their business, franchisees must pay a monthly website fee, which will not exceed $400.00 per month. Aira Fitness retains the authority to modify the products and services offered for this fee and has the right to determine the content and usage of their website and any related online systems, setting the rules for franchisee participation.

This policy means that franchisees have limited autonomy over their online presence and marketing using the Aira Fitness Marks. They are essentially required to utilize and contribute to Aira Fitness's established online platforms, adhering to the franchisor's guidelines. The monthly website fee represents an ongoing cost for franchisees to maintain their online presence as dictated by Aira Fitness. A prospective franchisee should inquire about the specifics of these policies, the extent of required participation, and how they can request additional permissions for online use of the Marks.
