What are the training requirements for renewing an Aira Fitness franchise?

According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, to renew a franchise agreement, franchisees must comply with the brand's then-current training requirements. This means that Aira Fitness can mandate specific training programs or standards as a condition of renewal.

In addition to meeting the training requirements, franchisees must provide written notice of their decision to renew between six and twelve months before the current term expires. They may also be required to sign the then-current form of the franchise agreement, which could have materially different terms and conditions, including different fees, advertising obligations, and a modified designated area. Franchisees must also modernize their Aira Fitness Business to meet current standards and not be in default of any agreements.

Furthermore, franchisees must renew their lease if they are leasing the premises, provide a general release in favor of Aira Fitness, and pay a renewal fee of $2,000.
