by you and we may condition our approval of a proposed site on the full execution of a Lease Addendum substantially in the form attached as Attachment E to this Agreement. You must provide us with a copy of the Lease and we have fifteen (15) days to accept or reject the site.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the timeframe for Aira Fitness to either accept or reject a proposed site depends on whether the franchisee is proposing to occupy the premises under a lease or is simply identifying a site. If a franchisee proposes a site and provides Aira Fitness with a copy of the lease, Aira Fitness has fifteen (15) days to either accept or reject the site.
If the franchisee is simply identifying a site for the Aira Fitness Business within the Preliminary Designated Area, Aira Fitness also has fifteen (15) days to accept or reject the site. If Aira Fitness does not respond within the fifteen-day period, the site will be considered disapproved.
It is important to note that Aira Fitness's approval of a site does not guarantee any specific sales volume or level of profitability. The approval only indicates that the proposed site meets Aira Fitness's minimum site selection criteria. Franchisees are responsible for ensuring the premises are free from environmental contamination and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable laws.
