This includes modernizing the business within five years of the agreement's effective date and replacing all fitness equipment within three years of the effective date. These requirements are deemed necessary to ensure public acceptance and patronage.
Franchisees must also adhere to Aira Fitness's requirements for system uniformity, including using only specified proprietary or non-proprietary equipment. They must also comply with all applicable laws, secure required licenses and permits, and avoid publishing or revising data privacy policies without prior written consent. Franchisees are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of their employees and customers and must notify Aira Fitness of any claims or litigation affecting the business.
