According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Aira Fitness Businesses operating from traditional fitness centers in commercial spaces offer personal training and bootcamps. Additionally, both Fitness Centers and Aira Fitness Businesses operating from pre-fabricated modular buildings ("Pods") provide 24-hour personal keycard access for members, except as restricted by law.

This means that if a franchisee chooses to operate an Aira Fitness Business from a traditional commercial space, they will be expected to provide personal training and bootcamps as part of their service offerings. The FDD specifies that franchisees may only offer approved products and services and must offer the complete range of required products and services as listed in approved lists, which Aira Fitness may amend from time to time.
