What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Aira Fitness retains the right to offer online member enrollment. Specifically, Aira Fitness reserves all rights to use the System and Marks in any manner, including the right to offer, sell, or distribute items associated with the System through any distribution channels, including the internet or any other form of electronic commerce.

For a prospective franchisee, this means that Aira Fitness can compete with its own franchisees by offering online member enrollment. The FDD specifies that Aira Fitness currently offers online member enrollment through its website and Groupon.

Furthermore, Aira Fitness is not required to compensate franchisees for orders solicited or accepted inside their designated area. This lack of territorial exclusivity and the franchisor's ability to operate online could impact a franchisee's potential revenue and market share.
