What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Aira Fitness does reserve the right to charge a fee to train any replacement general manager. If a franchisee designates a new general manager after the initial training program, that new general manager must complete the training to Aira Fitness's satisfaction.
In addition to the fee for training a replacement general manager, Aira Fitness may also require franchisees (or their owner, if the franchisee is an entity) and general managers or other designated employees to attend conferences, meetings, conventions, or seminars. These events would present new methods and programs for operation, training, management, sales, or marketing. Aira Fitness also reserves the right to charge a fee to attend any conference, meeting, or convention they hold.
Furthermore, if a franchisee fails to attend Aira Fitness's annual convention, Aira Fitness reserves the right to charge a nonattendance fee of $500. Franchisees are also responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred by them and any general manager in attending the initial training program, as well as any additional training programs.
