What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any marketing material for an Aira Fitness franchise not designed or provided by the franchisor must be pre-approved. This includes print, electronic, and other forms of media. The franchisee is responsible for submitting these materials to Aira Fitness for approval before use, ensuring they actively promote their Aira Fitness business and the System through approved local marketing materials.

Aira Fitness states that it will not unreasonably withhold approval of marketing materials if they meet certain conditions. These conditions include being factually accurate and current, dignified, up-to-date, and in good condition. Additionally, the materials must adhere to Aira Fitness's brand standards and accurately depict the Aira Fitness Marks.

If Aira Fitness does not disapprove or comment on the submitted marketing materials within 10 business days of receipt, the materials are considered approved. This provides a clear timeline for franchisees to plan and execute their marketing efforts, while also ensuring that all marketing aligns with the brand's standards and reputation.
