What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must use written Membership Agreements, but Aira Fitness can approve or require electronic agreements. All memberships must be evidenced by a written agreement or, if approved or required by Aira Fitness, an electronic agreement.
Franchisees are obligated to promptly and accurately record all member and billing information into the approved technology system. This system is essential for managing Aira Fitness Business operations.
This requirement ensures that Aira Fitness can maintain consistent standards and have access to important data regarding membership and billing across all franchise locations. It also allows Aira Fitness to implement changes or updates to membership terms and conditions efficiently through the electronic system.
