What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Aira Fitness Franchise Disclosure Document excerpts, there is no mention of specific contact numbers being requested from the franchisee. The document does outline various requirements and agreements related to operating an Aira Fitness franchise, including confidentiality, compliance with standards, and obligations regarding the use of the Aira Fitness system and marks.
Attachment B to the Franchise Agreement discusses an Information Release Consent, where the franchisee authorizes Aira Fitness Franchising LLC to obtain information from third-party providers such as landlords, lenders, and vendors. However, it does not specify what contact information, if any, the franchisee must provide to Aira Fitness.
Prospective franchisees should directly ask Aira Fitness what specific contact details (phone, email, etc.) they require from franchisees and under what circumstances this information is needed. This will help clarify the communication protocols and ensure that franchisees are prepared to provide the necessary information.
