Aira_Fitness Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
We expect only business entities, and not individuals, to operate the Franchised Business. You must designate a Principal who must meet our approval. The Principal must maintain a majority ownership in your entity. The Principal must participate in and complete our Initial Training Program and must have authority to make decisions on your behalf and bind you with respect to matters and agreements between you and us. The Principal is expected to stay informed about our organizational plans, initiatives and direction by regular review of communications sent to you electronically or otherwise.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Principal of the franchise is expected to stay informed about the franchisor's organizational plans, initiatives, and overall direction. This is achieved through regular review of communications sent electronically or through other means.
This requirement ensures that the Principal, who holds a majority ownership in the franchisee entity and has the authority to make decisions, remains aligned with Aira Fitness's strategic objectives. By staying informed, the Principal can effectively guide the franchise in accordance with the franchisor's vision and adapt to any changes or updates within the Aira Fitness system.
This expectation is a standard practice in franchising, as it helps maintain consistency and uniformity across all franchise locations. It also allows the franchisor to communicate important information and updates to the franchisees in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that everyone is working towards the same goals. The Principal's role in staying informed is crucial for the success and growth of the Aira Fitness franchise.
