What is Aira Fitness's policy on the purchase or lease of the Pod Package?
Aira_Fitness Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
If you will be operating your Aira Fitness Business from a Pod, you must purchase or lease the Pod ("Pod Package") from a supplier approved by us that may include us, our affiliate, or a third party. Prior to opening your Aira Fitness Business to the public, you may seek our approval to add additional equipment at your location. We may approve or disapprove your request to add additional equipment in our sole judgment. You will not be allowed to open or operate the Aira Fitness Business with any unapproved equipment. Replacement fitness equipment must be purchased or leased from approved suppliers.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee intends to operate their Aira Fitness Business from a Pod, they are required to purchase or lease the Pod Package from a supplier approved by Aira Fitness. This supplier may be Aira Fitness itself, an affiliate, or a third party.
Prior to opening the Aira Fitness Business to the public, a franchisee may seek approval from Aira Fitness to add additional equipment to their location. However, Aira Fitness has the sole discretion to approve or disapprove the request. The franchisee is not allowed to open or operate the Aira Fitness Business with any unapproved equipment.
Replacement fitness equipment, like the Pod Package, must be purchased or leased from approved suppliers. This ensures that all equipment meets Aira Fitness's standards and maintains uniformity across all franchise locations.
