What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, National Accounts refer to contracts that Aira Fitness negotiates with companies, affinity groups, and insurance plans. These contracts mandate that all Aira Fitness franchisees offer specific terms and/or discounts to members of these organizations at all franchise locations.
As an Aira Fitness franchisee, you are obligated to provide these special terms and discounts to National Accounts members. This means you must adhere to the pricing and service conditions outlined in the contracts Aira Fitness establishes with these national entities.
This requirement ensures uniformity across the Aira Fitness system and allows the brand to attract and retain members through partnerships with large organizations. However, it also means franchisees have less autonomy in setting prices and promotions for these specific customer segments, potentially impacting their revenue depending on the negotiated terms.
