- E. Attendance at Meetings. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees and their managers must attend quarterly sales and operations meetings, as well as annual franchise conventions, unless Aira Fitness approves otherwise.
If a franchisee or their manager cannot attend a required meeting or convention, they must notify Aira Fitness prior to the meeting. Aira Fitness may then mandate that the franchisee substitute an acceptable person to attend in their place.
If a franchisee fails to attend a franchise convention or meeting without prior approval or a suitable substitute, Aira Fitness reserves the right to charge a non-attendance fee of $500.
