What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Technology Fee can be up to $500 per month. The FDD also states that the current Technology Fee is $300 per month. This fee is due on the first day of each calendar month and is paid through Aira Fitness's payment processing system.
Currently, in exchange for the Technology Fee, Aira Fitness provides franchisees with human resources support software. However, Aira Fitness retains the right to alter the products and services provided in exchange for the Technology Fee.
Importantly, Aira Fitness must provide franchisees with 60 days prior notice before increasing or modifying the Technology Fee that is currently charged. This advance notice allows franchisees to prepare for any potential changes in cost or services related to the technology support provided by Aira Fitness.
