According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase or lease the initial fitness equipment package from Aira Fitness's affiliate. However, there may be times when Aira Fitness does not have fitness equipment available for sale or lease. In these instances, Aira Fitness will provide an alternative approved supplier.
If a franchisee chooses to purchase the initial fitness equipment package from Aira Fitness's affiliate, they must pay the full amount in cash. Alternatively, if the franchisee chooses to lease the equipment package from Aira Fitness's affiliate, they must pay a nonrefundable deposit. For a Fitness Center location, this deposit ranges from $8,472 to $44,359. For a Pod location, the deposit ranges from $5,078 to $13,930.
The estimated initial investment for the initial fitness equipment package for a Fitness Center location ranges from $9,300 to $130,165. This estimate also includes rent on the initial fitness equipment package for (i) between one and two months before you open for business and (ii) your first three months of operation, which will range from $1,408 to $9,815 if you choose to lease the Initial Fitness Equipment Package. For a Pod location, this estimate also includes rent on the Initial Fitness Equipment Package for (i) between one and two months before you open for business and (ii) your first three months of operation, which will range from $828 to $2,985 if you choose to lease the Initial Fitness Equipment Package.
