What happens if an Aira Fitness franchisee fails to attend the annual convention, and what is the current non-attendance fee?

According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual convention is mandatory for all franchisees. If a franchisee fails to attend the convention, Aira Fitness reserves the right to charge a non-attendance fee. The current non-attendance fee is $500 per Aira Fitness Business.

In addition to the non-attendance fee, franchisees are also responsible for the travel and living expenses for both themselves and their manager while attending the annual franchise convention. However, the FDD states that Aira Fitness has not yet had a convention and cannot yet provide an estimated cost for travel and living expenses.
