What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Aira Fitness does not accept a proposed site for the Aira Fitness Business within fifteen days, the site is considered disapproved.
Before a franchisee can begin operating, Aira Fitness must provide written approval of the site. The FDD states that the franchisee must identify a site for the Aira Fitness Business within the Preliminary Designated Area that meets Aira Fitness's site selection criteria.
This means a prospective franchisee needs to carefully consider Aira Fitness's site selection criteria and designated area restrictions before committing to a specific location. If the initial site is rejected, the franchisee will need to find an alternative location that meets Aira Fitness's approval to move forward with opening their Aira Fitness Business.
