What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must comply with Aira Fitness's standards and operating procedures. These standards relate to the operation and promotion of the Aira Fitness business. This includes compliance regarding the use and illumination of signs, posters, displays and standard formats.
This means that Aira Fitness franchisees do not have complete autonomy over the signage at their location. Aira Fitness retains control over the appearance and presentation of its brand. Franchisees must adhere to the standards set forth in the Aira Fitness manual or other written communication.
Compliance with these standards is required to protect Aira Fitness's interests in its system and marks. Franchisees should carefully review the operations manual and any written directives to fully understand Aira Fitness's standards for signage and other promotional materials. Franchisees should also stay informed of any updates or revisions to these standards, as Aira Fitness may modify them over time.
