Innovations.
You agree to fully and promptly disclose to us all ideas, plans, improvements, concepts, methods and techniques relating to the development or operation (including marketing, advertising and promotions) of the Aira Fitness Business or any similar aspect of the business conceived or developed by you, any Owner or your employees during the term of this Agreement ("Innovations").
We and our affiliates own and have the right to authorize other Aira Fitness Businesses to use any Innovations without any compensation to you, any Owner, or your employees.
Nothing in this Section modifies your obligations to comply with the System and the Manual.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Aira Fitness Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to disclose any ideas, plans, improvements, concepts, methods, and techniques related to the Aira Fitness business's development, operation, marketing, advertising, or promotions. These are termed "Innovations" and must be promptly disclosed to Aira Fitness.
Aira Fitness and its affiliates have the right to use any of these Innovations without providing any compensation to the franchisee, its owners, or employees. This means that if a franchisee develops a new method that significantly improves the business, Aira Fitness can implement it across the entire franchise system without paying the franchisee for the idea.
This policy underscores that Aira Fitness retains control over the System and its intellectual property. While franchisees are encouraged to contribute ideas, they do so without any guarantee of financial reward or recognition. Franchisees should be aware that their creative contributions become the property of Aira Fitness and may be used to benefit the entire franchise network without direct benefit to the originating franchisee.
