What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must comply with system standards and operating procedures related to customer service. Franchisees must adhere to all required system specifications, standards, and operating procedures, whether they are detailed in the manual or any other written communication. These standards cover various aspects of the Aira Fitness Business, including sales and marketing procedures and customer service.

Compliance extends to other areas such as advertising and promotional programs, member loyalty and rewards programs, the layout, décor, and color scheme of the Aira Fitness Business, and the appearance and dress of employees. Additionally, franchisees must adhere to standards for safety, maintenance, cleanliness, sanitation, standards of service, and the overall operation of the Aira Fitness Business.

These standards are put in place to protect Aira Fitness's interests in the system and marks, ensuring uniformity and quality across all franchise locations. While the manual includes both required standards and guidelines or recommendations, Aira Fitness retains the right to determine if a franchisee is meeting the required standards and whether any alternative approaches are suitable. This ensures that all Aira Fitness locations maintain a consistent brand image and service level, which is crucial for customer satisfaction and the overall success of the franchise system.
