When can a franchisee commence construction of an Aira Fitness Business?

According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee cannot begin construction of their Aira Fitness business until they have received written consent from Aira Fitness regarding their construction plans.

Before receiving this consent, the franchisee must prepare and submit basic plans and specifications that align with Aira Fitness's general design and layout requirements, as outlined in the manuals. The franchisee is also required to purchase or lease approved equipment, fixtures, furniture, and signs exclusively from Aira Fitness or its approved suppliers.

Furthermore, the franchisee is responsible for completing the installation and decoration of the Aira Fitness business in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, while also adhering to all applicable ordinances, building codes, and permit requirements. This includes obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and architectural seals, as well as complying with legal requirements such as the Americans With Disabilities Act. The franchisee must also secure and maintain all required zoning changes, building, utility, and sign permits and licenses.
