What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must comply with the standards and operating procedures relating to the cleanliness and sanitation of their Aira Fitness Business. These standards are detailed in the Aira Fitness manual or other written communication. This includes compliance with standards related to the safety, maintenance, appearance, cleanliness, sanitation, standards of service, and operation of the Aira Fitness Business.

This requirement ensures that all Aira Fitness locations maintain a consistent level of hygiene and operational quality, which protects the brand's reputation and customer experience. Franchisees must adhere to these standards, and Aira Fitness retains the right to determine if a franchisee is meeting the required standards. The standards are designed to protect Aira Fitness's interests in its system and marks.

For a prospective franchisee, this means that maintaining a clean and sanitary environment is not optional but a mandatory part of operating an Aira Fitness franchise. Failure to comply with these standards could lead to penalties or termination of the franchise agreement. Franchisees should carefully review the operations manual and any other written directives from Aira Fitness to fully understand the specific requirements for cleanliness and sanitation. Franchisees should also stay updated on any revisions to these standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
