What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if the Authorized Location is not known when the Franchise Agreement is signed, the franchisee must acquire an acceptable site for the Aira Fitness Business premises within ninety (90) days from the Effective Date of the Agreement. Upon acquiring the acceptable site, the franchisee authorizes Aira Fitness to insert the Authorized Location on the Summary Page.

The franchisee must identify a site that meets Aira Fitness's site selection criteria and is located within the Preliminary Designated Area identified in the Summary Page. The franchisee is restricted from using the Aira Fitness Business premises or Authorized Location for any purpose other than operating an Aira Fitness Business during the term of the Agreement.

This stipulation ensures that franchisees secure a suitable location promptly and adhere to the brand's standards for site selection. It also protects Aira Fitness's brand integrity by limiting the use of the premises to only Aira Fitness-related activities. The franchisee should carefully review the site selection criteria and Preliminary Designated Area to ensure compliance and avoid delays in establishing their business.
