We may amend this Attachment A from time to time in order to make available additional Marks or to delete those Marks that become unavailable. You agree to use only those Marks that are then currently authorized in this Attachment or the Manual.
Examples of items that will promote or benefit the System include, without limitation, enhancing the value of the Marks, improving member service and satisfaction, improving product quality, improving uniformity, enhancing or encouraging modernization and improving the competitive position of the System.
Accordingly, we have the right to vary the equipment offerings and other standards, specifications, and requirements for any franchised Aira Fitness Business or franchisee based upon the customs or circumstances of a particular franchise or operating agreement, site or location, population density, business potential, trade area population, existing business practice, competitive circumstance or any other condition that we deem to be of importance to the operation of such Aira Fitness Business, franchisee's business or the System.
We are not required to grant to you a similar or other variation as a result of any variation from standard operations, specifications or requirements granted to any other franchisee.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Aira Fitness Franchise Disclosure Document, Aira Fitness retains the right to modify the Marks, System, and Manual.
