What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the typical time frame between signing the Franchise Agreement and opening the business is one to six months. However, several factors can influence this timeline.

One significant factor is whether the franchisee has already selected a site upon signing the agreement. The ability to secure a suitable site is crucial, as is arranging leasing and financing. Leasehold improvements, equipment installation, and signage also play a role in determining the opening timeline.

Furthermore, the time required to decorate the Aira Fitness Business and meet local requirements can impact the opening date. Franchisees must acquire a site within 90 days of signing the Franchise Agreement and open for business within 180 days. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement.
