What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, while there is no separate training fee, the franchisee is responsible for covering certain expenses for their general manager to attend the training program. These expenses include the general manager's wages during the training period. The amount spent on wages will depend on the general manager's hourly wage and the time it takes to complete the online training.

If either the franchisee or the general manager chooses to visit Aira Fitness in McHenry, Illinois, they will be responsible for all travel costs associated with the visit. This includes transportation, accommodation, and any other related expenses.

Prospective franchisees should consider these costs when budgeting for their initial investment. It is important to factor in the general manager's wage rate and the estimated time for training completion to accurately estimate the training-related expenses. Additionally, franchisees should evaluate the potential benefits of in-person training against the travel costs to make an informed decision.
