According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the estimated cost for video surveillance equipment ranges from $400 to $800. This equipment is a required component of the technology system that franchisees must acquire and use.
The technology system also includes computer hardware, accessories, peripheral equipment, door access components, televisions, and related items, all of which must be approved by Aira Fitness. Franchisees are not allowed to use any computer hardware, accessories, or peripheral equipment that has not been approved by Aira Fitness.
The technology system collects and compiles customer identification data, other membership data, and door entry data. Aira Fitness can independently access all information generated and stored by the technology system, including video surveillance equipment data, from a remote location at any time. Aira Fitness does not provide ongoing maintenance, updates, upgrades, or support for the technology system.
