What is the estimated annual cost for optional or required maintenance, updating, or upgrading of hardware or other equipment for an Aira Fitness franchise?

According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the estimated annual cost for any optional or required maintenance, updating, or upgrading of hardware or other equipment is $400. However, Aira Fitness does not have any obligation to provide ongoing maintenance, updating, upgrading, or support for the technology system. Support services for the Gymmaster software are included in the monthly fee.

The franchisee must use any proprietary software programs, system documentation manuals, and other proprietary materials that Aira Fitness provides. Franchisees must also input and maintain data as prescribed in the manual and purchase new or upgraded software programs and materials at then-current prices whenever Aira Fitness adopts system-wide changes. Franchisees must enter into all software license agreements and pay all fees imposed by Aira Fitness or third-party software service providers.

As technology or software is developed, Aira Fitness may require franchisees to add to their technology system memory, ports, and other accessories or peripheral equipment or additional, new, or substitute software. They may also require franchisees to replace or upgrade their technology system and software as prescribed. There are no contractual limitations on the cost or frequency for updating or upgrading the technology system.
