The FDD also states that the Aira Fitness Business must be open no later than 180 days after the Franchise Agreement is signed.

Prior to site selection, Aira Fitness will provide franchisees with site selection criteria and general design requirements. Franchisees are responsible for identifying a site within the Preliminary Designated Area outlined in the Summary Pages of the Franchise Agreement. If no sites are available in the designated area, the franchisee can look in proximity to it. Aira Fitness must approve the site, considering factors such as rent amount, population demographics, and competition in the surrounding area. Aira Fitness will notify the franchisee of the site approval within 15 days of receiving all requested information.
