What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Aira Fitness does not have any purchasing or distribution cooperatives in its system as of the date of the disclosure document. However, Aira Fitness does negotiate purchase arrangements for the benefit of franchisees, specifically for the Initial Fitness Equipment Package. The FDD states that this does not guarantee that the price for these products or services will be lower than other products or services on the market.

While Aira Fitness does not currently offer purchasing cooperatives, it does have arrangements with certain suppliers where Aira Fitness or its affiliates may receive rebates from franchisee purchases or leases. These rebates can be a fixed amount per transaction or a percentage of the purchase. The document states that Aira Fitness does not currently receive rebates from suppliers based on franchisee purchases but reserves the right to do so in the future.

Prospective franchisees should be aware that Aira Fitness requires them to purchase certain items from designated or approved suppliers. This includes member management software, key cards, flooring and turf, decals/stickers, exterior signage, fitness equipment, Pods, and billing and collection services. Pure Gym Equipment LLC, an affiliate of Aira Fitness, is currently the only designated supplier for decals/stickers, the Initial Fitness Equipment Package, the Pod Package, and all signage. This means franchisees must purchase these items from Pure Gym Equipment LLC.
