What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a Website Fee. While the fee can fluctuate, it will not exceed $400 per month. Currently, the Website Fee is $198 per month.
The Website Fee is due on the first day of each calendar month and is paid through Aira Fitness's payment processing system. This payment begins when the franchisee opens their Aira Fitness business.
It is important to note that fees in fixed amounts paid to Aira Fitness are subject to adjustment each year over the ten-year agreement term based on increases in the Consumer Price Index (CPI). Adjustments based on the CPI will be made no more than once per year, and Aira Fitness will provide franchisees reasonable notice of such adjustments.
