What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for the second franchise agreement is $10,000, provided the franchisee is in compliance with the Development Schedule at the time of signing the additional franchise agreement.

This means that if a franchisee commits to opening multiple Aira Fitness locations under a development agreement, they can secure a reduced franchise fee for the second location. However, this discount is contingent on adhering to the agreed-upon Development Schedule. Failing to meet the milestones outlined in the Development Schedule could result in the franchisee having to pay a higher initial franchise fee.

For the third or any subsequent franchise agreements beyond the second, a different initial franchise fee applies. The document states that if the franchisee is not in compliance with the Development Schedule when signing additional franchise agreements, they will be required to pay the then-current initial franchise fee being charged to new franchisees if it is greater than $8,000 for the third or other multiple Franchise Agreements above two.
