Surveillance Equipment
You must acquire and use all computer hardware and related accessories and peripheral equipment, including door access components, camera and surveillance equipment, televisions, and related items that we prescribe for use by the Aira FitnessBusiness. You may not use any computer hardware, accessories or peripheral equipment that we have not approved for use.Requirements for use may include, among other things, connection to remote servers, off-site electronic repositories, and high speed Internet connections, and establishment of one or more e-mail accounts.
You must:(i) use any proprietary software programs, systemdocumentationmanuals, andother proprietary materials that we provide to you in connection with your operation of the Aira Fitness Business; (ii) input and maintain in your computer such data and information as we prescribe in the Manual and other written directives; (iii) purchase new or upgraded software programs, system documentation manuals, and other proprietary materials at then- current prices whenever we adoptsuch new or upgraded programs, manuals, and materialssystem-wide. Youmust enterinto all software license agreements, "terms of use"agreements, and software maintenance agreements, in the form and manner we prescribe, and pay all fees imposed by us or any third-party software and software service providers hereunder. As technology or software is developed in the future, we may, as we deemappropriate, require you to: (i) add to your technology system memory, ports, and other accessories or peripheral equipment or additional, new, or substitute software; and (ii) replace or upgrade your technology systemand software as we prescribe. There are no contractual limitations on the cost or frequency for updating or upgrading the technology system.
The Technology Systemwill collect and compile customer identification data, othermembership data, and door entry data. We may independently access from a remote location, at any time, all information (including member information) generated and stored by your Technology System (including video surveillance equipment) or an off-site server.

According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must acquire and use all computer hardware, related accessories, and peripheral equipment that Aira Fitness prescribes for the business. Franchisees are prohibited from using any computer hardware, accessories, or peripheral equipment that Aira Fitness has not approved.
Requirements for use may include connection to remote servers, off-site electronic repositories, high-speed Internet connections, and the establishment of one or more e-mail accounts. The estimated purchase price for the technology system ranges from $1,200 to $4,000, which includes the web-based Gymmaster software with an initial purchase price of $1,449.
Franchisees must also use any proprietary software programs, system documentation manuals, and other proprietary materials provided by Aira Fitness. They must input and maintain data as prescribed in the Manual and other written directives. Franchisees are required to purchase new or upgraded software programs and materials whenever Aira Fitness adopts such updates system-wide and must enter into all software license agreements and pay all associated fees. Aira Fitness may require franchisees to add to their technology system memory, ports, and other accessories or peripheral equipment, or additional, new, or substitute software, and replace or upgrade their technology system and software as prescribed, with no contractual limitations on the cost or frequency of these updates.
