What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, whether bootcamp and personal training services are required depends on the type of Aira Fitness Business location. If a franchisee operates an Aira Fitness Business from a traditional fitness center, offering bootcamp and personal training services to members is mandatory.
However, this requirement does not extend to all Aira Fitness locations. Specifically, if the Aira Fitness Business operates from a pre-fabricated modular building referred to as a "Pod", the franchisee is not required to offer bootcamp and personal training services. This distinction allows for flexibility in the service offerings based on the location type and size.
This difference in requirements could impact the operational strategy and revenue streams of different Aira Fitness franchise locations. Franchisees considering opening a traditional fitness center should be prepared to offer and manage bootcamp and personal training services, while those opting for a Pod location have the flexibility to focus on other aspects of the business.
