What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Aira Fitness Franchise Disclosure Document, the Designated Area can be modified if the franchisee relocates their Aira Fitness Business. Upon relocation, Aira Fitness may modify the Designated Area to account for neighboring Aira Fitness Businesses and other factors.
If the Aira Fitness Business is destroyed or damaged, and the franchisee chooses to repair it at the Authorized Location, they must reopen within twenty days, or a longer period as reasonably determined by Aira Fitness.
Furthermore, Aira Fitness retains the right to modify Attachment A of the Franchise Agreement to add or remove Marks. This allows Aira Fitness to adapt its branding and ensure franchisees use only currently authorized Marks. The Authorized Location can be modified if it is not known when the agreement is signed; Aira Fitness is authorized to insert the Authorized Location on the Summary Page once an acceptable site is acquired.
