What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at quarterly sales and operations meetings is generally mandatory for both the franchisee and their manager. Unless Aira Fitness approves otherwise, both the franchisee and their manager must attend all quarterly sales and operations meetings, as well as the annual franchise conventions that Aira Fitness may hold or sponsor. Aira Fitness also reserves the right to charge a fee to attend any franchise convention or meeting.
If a franchisee or their manager is unable to attend a meeting or convention, they must notify Aira Fitness beforehand. In such cases, Aira Fitness may require the franchisee to send a substitute person acceptable to them to attend in their place.
Failure to attend a franchise convention or meeting without prior notification and an approved substitute can result in a non-attendance fee of $500.00. This policy underscores the importance Aira Fitness places on consistent training, communication, and adherence to operational standards across all franchise locations.
