What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aira Fitness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for the first Aira Fitness Center is $30,000. This fee is due upon the execution of the Franchise Agreement.
For franchisees developing multiple Aira Fitness centers, the initial franchise fee for the second center is $10,000, provided the franchisee is in compliance with the Development Schedule at the time of signing the additional Franchise Agreement. For the third or subsequent centers, the initial franchise fee is $8,000, again contingent on compliance with the Development Schedule.
It is important for prospective franchisees to understand the Development Schedule requirements to ensure they can take advantage of the reduced franchise fees for additional locations. Failing to meet the schedule could result in paying the then-current initial franchise fee for new franchisees, if it is greater than $10,000 for the second or $8,000 for the third or other multiple Franchise Agreements above two.
