2.1 Training Fees. Franchisee shall pay Franchisor the training fees described in the attached Appendix B by the due dates described in that appendix.

  • 2.2 Training Costs.   • 2.4 Late Charges. Late payments under this Agreement will be subject to late charges and interest prescribed by the Franchise Agreement. Such charges and interest will not exceed any limits imposed by applicable laws.
